Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders placed before 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday may be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be ready for pickup the following day by 12:00 p.m.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed Monday morning and be ready by 12:00 p.m.

RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER - please read carefully

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:

  • Received at our warehouse within 10 days of original delivery to customer (the date marked "Delivered" by the shipping company).
  • Unworn and undamaged. Ya Ya Club is not responsible for shipping damage. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
  • Unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Include a copy of your invoice
  • Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items

Certain merchandise is not eligible for a refund including:

  • Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on invoice.
  • Merchandise purchased at our brick-n-mortar store

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. Refunds are only issued for items bought online. In-store purchases at the brick-n-mortar store are not eligible for refunds. This includes items purchased online and picked up or returned at the brick-n-mortar store. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are only valid at our physical location and cannot be used online.
